Testing and Group Clinics

Fees

Lactate Threshold Testing
Practical, accurate testing for endurance athletes. Includes LT testing protocol for each discipline (swim, bike, run), explanation of training zones, and calculated zones and pacing based on test data.
$10.00 for each test or FREE with 12 week coaching plan
Group Clinics
Includes hands-on, interactive clinics on open water swims, transition drills, bike rodeos, and bike change drills.
$20.00 each per person up to 10 people
$10.00 each per person after 10 people
FREE for students currently enrolled in a Training Plan, swim lessons, or Team Triple Sports members
Group Seminars
Seminars last approximately one hour and are available on a variety of endurance sports topics.
