- The purpose of each week of your plan (including Base, Build 1, Build 2, Race, Taper, and Recovery).
- Number of workouts per discipline per week.
- Distance for your longest run, longest ride, and longest swim each week.
- The emphasis leading up to a given race (be it a single sport focus, endurance, etc.)
- Race selection and categorization to make sure you are ready for your “A” races and can enjoy your “B” races.
- A roadmap tailored to your individual needs and background on how to execute your AYP.

What our athletes are saying…
“Sarah and Seth were instrumental in helping me achieve my goals this year of my first full marathon, first full Ironman, and a half marathon PR. They are extremely attentive to your needs as an athlete and helped walk be through a busy season of racing entirely injury-free! I have a very busy work and family life, but Sarah was always willing and able to adjust my schedule to meet the needs of my always hectic life. Sarah always provides useful feedback on your workouts and provides encouragement when your motivation gets low. Seth was very knowledgeable in running gait mechanics and was able to help me turn running from a painful experience into the enjoyable activity it has become.” – EL
“I began my journey into triathlon over two years ago when I sought out WannaTri for swim lessons on the recommendation of another athlete. I had done some cycling and running and ended up with overtraining issues – trying to push too hard too fast without a good fitness foundation. I had thought that I would be able to navigate triathlon on my own after the swim lessons, but I soon learned that I needed guidance and expertise. WannaTri provided a structured, well-designed training plan completely individualized to my needs and goals. Furthermore, I got timely feedback from my notes on every single workout, which I found to be invaluable. WannaTri helped my to build the foundation that I was lacking and achieve several incremental goals leading up to (and including) Ironman. They are consistent, supportive and very responsive – their expertise would be beneficial to athletes of any level in the sport. I really appreciate the input I receive when discussing future goals as well – they are realistic while also encouraging me to continue to grow and develop as an athlete. If anyone would have told me two years ago that I would be an Ironman, I would have laughed in disbelief. WannaTri gave me the support and tools that I needed every step of the way!” – TH
